How it works

From the seller's zip to a signed report

AI does the reading. Fixed rules do the judging, so every finding points to a document.

  1. 01

    Upload what the seller sent

One zip of scans, PDFs and spreadsheets, for a whole engine, one LLP or a single unit. Tracedesk sorts the pages itself.

  2. 02

The model reads, the rules judge

An AI model transcribes each page exactly as written. Fixed rules check every certificate field, cycle count and gap, and list the documents still missing.

  3. 03

    A records specialist signs off

A specialist walks you through the exceptions. You get one report with the evidence behind every finding and what to ask the seller for.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask first

Who is Tracedesk for?

Traders, teardown houses, lessors, MROs and airlines that buy or sell engines, LLPs or other certificated parts and need the records checked before they sign.

What do we need to upload?

The package as you received it, zipped: certificates, LLP status sheets, logbook pages and shop visit reports, as PDFs, images or spreadsheets. Tell us whether you buy an engine, an LLP or another part, or let Tracedesk tell from the documents, and it checks the package against what that purchase needs.

Does Tracedesk replace our certifying staff?

No. Tracedesk is decision support. It never issues an airworthiness release and never guesses a value it cannot read. Your certifying staff stay responsible for every decision.

Which engine types do you support?

We start with CFM56 and V2500 engines and their parts, where most used serviceable material is traded today. Ask us about other types when you book a pilot.

What happens to our records?

Pilot documents are deleted 30 days after we deliver the report, unless you ask us to keep them. Nothing goes into the shared registry of tracking numbers without your written opt in.
