Privacy
Tracedesk handles confidential aircraft records. This page says what we keep, for how long, and why. It is a draft and will be reviewed before the first pilot agreement is signed.
Pilot requests
When you book a pilot we store your name, work email, company and what you tell us in the form. We use it only to reply and to arrange the pilot, and we delete it on request.
Records you upload
Uploaded documents and their transcriptions are processed in our workspace and sent to our model provider under its commercial API terms, for transcription only. Pilot documents are deleted 30 days after we deliver the trace pack, unless you ask us to keep them.
Trace packs
We deliver the trace pack to you and keep our own copy for 12 months so we can answer questions about it.
The registry
Serial numbers, tracking numbers, approval references, dates and cycles go into the shared registry only with your written opt in, and stay there until you withdraw. The registry never holds documents, prices, customer names or commercial terms.
